She’s clicking on Browse and nothing is happening – when I click on browse I get a box from file explorer showing the files on my laptop.

Have you tried using a different web browser? I find that there are some things I can’t do in Chrome but I can in Internet Explorer (e.g. access the chat room!).

I don’t believe ISIL represents Islam…it represents a minority of pretty screwed up people who want to twist a religion to their own ends. It just so happens that in this case the religion is Islam; they could have chosen any religion and twisted it in the same way.
