I would sincerely hope that if your mum or dad slipped and fell and hurt themselves that some good samaritan would come to their rescue!
i think that all those people that walked past that poor man that was in desperate need of assistance are feeling really crappy about their actions and I hope it haunts them. Are we really so self centered that we won’t give aid to our fellow citizens :( ? Nowadays it’s every man for himself. When was the last time you simply said hello to someone passing on the street, or held the door open for someone? I just cringe when I see the attitude that we are passing on to the next generation …
