I agree with BM on this one
You lot are all playing the high and mighty – you probably spend all your time stuck behind the pc – whilst your kids are outside getting up to God knows what

You couldn’t be more wrong. I don’t have kids
7 June, 2007 at 2:12 pm #272800I think they are covering their backs. The N word has been alleged to have been used before on BB (BB5 – Emma & Victor) but there wasn’t this sort of furrore.
I don’t condone it and I think she is guilty of being naive rather than racist, but they are making an example cos they have to now.
7 June, 2007 at 1:22 pm #272772It all depends on who we’d be drawn with I suppose, and there’s also the fact that we wouldn’t be able to afford ourselves a blip here and there which I see as a major stumbling block as we are still quite prone to making things difficult when really they shouldn’t be. But we’ve got a good, largely young squad. I was a bit stunned when he got the job, I have to say. What has he achieved in management to give him the credentials as a national manager to one of the top nations?
I thought Allardyce would’ve been a better choice, he may not be the most decorated manager but his track record makes impressive reading. Add that to his ability to get the best out his players and you’ve got a good candidate.
7 June, 2007 at 12:41 pm #272770I think Scotland have qualification as good as sorted now. Probably sounds a bit over confident but the only tough game I see is France away. At home, I fancy our chances against anyone.
England v Scotland at Euro 2008 perhaps?

If you lot are so concerned about the little mite why dont u all get off your fat ar*ses and go look for her instead of whining about it on here?
For one thing, I doubt my boss would allow me a few weeks off to go looking for a needle in a haystack.
Anyway, I take it – by your logic – since you’re not getting off yours to go and look that mean that you’re not concerned in any way? If that is the case, then why get on your high horse?

No, but they’re good at making a meal out of things…
6 June, 2007 at 3:10 pm #270114Cheers for that, Bat. Gave me a bit of a laugh anyway! The whole thing becomes more farcical by the day and it really shouldn’t.
Just how close is ‘very’ close? How regular is ‘regularly’? They’re trying to justify it by defending it and that’s probably the reason why there is the suspicion. I refer you to one of my previous posts, a newspaper comment:
‘At worst we were naive’
Oh, and ROTT – I’ll save you some time as well. SCUMSCUMSCUMSCUMSCUMSCUMSCUM etc etc.
6 June, 2007 at 1:29 pm #270112I see the German media caused a bit of a stir in the ‘Team McCann’ camp. The parents were forced to deny their involvement in the abduction which I’m torn over.
On one hand, there are bound to be people who believe that there is more to this than meets the eye and that the parents know more than they’re letting on and will most likely applaud the fact that someone has had the guts to ask. But on the other, is it really the sort of question that the media – who were presumably gathered with the sole purpose of raising awareness and helping the cause – should be asking?
5 June, 2007 at 2:13 pm #272665Yeah…I’ll look forward to your next post
5 June, 2007 at 2:09 pm #272663Fair enough, I was supposed to be at work half an hour ago.
