Hi again Everyone

Update on the Swansea meet…….

Having spoken with the Manager of the Main Hotel where the meet will be starting off from both nights at 7pm in the lounge bar. Here is the room deal the Manager has kindly offered us with special rates for Just Chatters.

Single room b&b per night ….. £37.50
Twin room b&b per night …. £55.00
Double room b&b per night …. £55.00
IMPORTANT …. You HAVE to QUOTE …. JUST CHAT when booking to get the special rates.

Unfortunately due to pranksters from chat phoning up and cancelling a chatters room at the last meet for the moment I will not be naming the main meet hotel expect in PC or via chatters already definately booking it who can pass on the name and hotel number as required.

anyone wishing further info to be able to book please PC me or msn me if your on my msn I will be in and out of forum 3 lobby or you can contact me via forum three boards or through my Board name where you can leave a message for me to get back to you.

I hope you understand why for the moment the main hotel is not being made public knowledge ( for those who pranked the last meet I do have something to say on what they did.)

The management of the hotel we are using WILL NOT cancell rooms UNLESS it is done by the person who booked it and who is the only one able to give them personal info to prove it IS them that booked.

On that note rooms can be cancelled if required up to one day before if not cancelled by then you would still be charged for the room even if you did not go.

Look forward to seeing you all there having also disscussed with the manager about sit down meal on the sat at the start of the meet nearer the time I should have more information on what the menu option will be as due to numbers hoping to go they are going to sort out a special room for us all to nosh in where they will be able to serve us faster.

Hi again Folks

Iwill be speaking to the Managment from the main meeting place tomorrow and hopefully getting a reasonable discount off all rooms fore those wishing to stay there. I am going to ask for group rates with bit extra off them and That people would be able to book individually what they require but qouting JC Swansea Meet to get special rates if the Managment will agree to that.

For Those wishing a 4 star or above hotel there are a few near bye the main meet Hotel such as The Dragon or the Marriot. Anyone wishing to use b&b’s or small hotels there are a few in oystermouth road varied prices and a short taxi ride from the main Meet Hotel.

Once I have confirmed things with the main hotel I shall let you know all the details and which Hotel we are meeting at.

All going well for the main Sat night meet I am hoping to arrnage that we all Meet at 7 and start with a meal at the hotel which has a varied menu and wont cost an arm and a leg then we can carry on in the lounge bar till were ready to hit the clubs later.
