Ok  I sussed it after phil told me how … find the pic you want  right click click edit  then click resize.  I tried 150×150  but still dudnt work for me   had to mess with sizes more   but as phil said select ya pic after resizing it, then click crop   if its not right go back to resize till it looks ok…..
