if you had your finger prints on your own ID card , its make it hard to forge.
as for children being finger printed , lots and lots of schools have a finger print register sytem in place that the scan the finger print for each lesson, to prove their there.
so its would be easy for schools to pass on this info to the goverment if they so wanted .
I think DNA should be put in a register , all those rape victims that have never found their attackers.
people safety is important , and you can still go on about your life the same with out noticing the change , its not like your followed you every where .
