Senior Human Resources Manager. I manage recruitment for 13,000 staff (18 staff in recruitment centre). I also manage human resources issues for a division of around 4,000 staff dealing with issues such as disciplines, grievances, grading appeals, employment tribunals, sickness absence, conditions of service… basically any employment issues that can arise. I must have severely f/cked someone off in a previous life.

My first job was a Coffee Shop Assistant in Tescos.
