Never mind, Bi-polar is the mental illness of geniuses and affects the “higher socio-economic status, creative people” more than the rest. Sort-of quote from Bipolar Aware.co.
So, yah boo etc, I’ve got to stop typing, can’t hold a fag in one hand and cream bun in the other, as well as choc. bar between me toes and type at the same time!
Fatties & mentally impared of the world unite! Be proud! We’re different!
10 August, 2006 at 11:23 am #234433I used them in bread & butter pudding. Butter the bread & spread with apricot jam. Cut up apricots into small chunks & sprinkle. Make the egg custard & pour over. Bake as usual. For extra yummy use some cream with the milk & when cold, spread some warmed apricot jam over the top (thinly). Made it up when we were broke & didn’t have anything in. It was yummy!!
9 August, 2006 at 6:47 pm #233846Anything we do in life has consequences. What about boy racers/small willy men who crash and cost the emergency services alot of money being cut out of their car and hospital treatment. Ditto motorcycle riders who are very vulnerable to accidents. Shouldn’t they be charged for their treatment? People who have accidents crossing the road away from the crossing? Their choice – this could get ridiculus.
We all pay for our medical care through our national insurance contributions. Fat people also pay the same VAT and tax as everyone else & if they do die younger, will save the NHS money on geriatric care.

There doesn’t need to be a half dozen threads by the same person on exactly the same topic. It’s spam.
If thats the case then so are all the middle east war threads.
Like the Middle East, there’s no solution!
Emma – are you a plant from another political party aimed at showing how bad the BNP is so that no one would ever vote for them – coz you’re doing a good job. Well done
8 August, 2006 at 7:11 pm #234195I’m not that sensible! Just thought it would brighten up the house of commons and would make easier egg-throwing & flour bomb targets!
Would also like to add to the manifesto – decent TV.
Interesting people in BB
Decent childrens TV- bring back magic roundabout/trumpton/HR Puffinstuff/Dangermouse & count Duckula
stupid quiz shows banned from TV
If temperatures reach over 80 degrees, the day is declared a public holiday
council houses no longer allowed to be sold
kids have lessons in how to play at school – ie, skipping, imaginative games etc.any other nice but not too sensible ideas?
8 August, 2006 at 4:45 pm #234193Please could I put forward some suggestions for the manifesto?
1. All politicians to wear a uniform ie, Labour bright red, conservative bright blue, Green party – sludge green, BNP – grey with little swasstikas all over ? – you can’t tell what party they’re from from what comes out of their mouth except the me me me party!
2. Carers & people who work with elderly/ kids/disabled to receive a proper living wage
3.All politicians can only be paid the minimum wage & live in the poorest part of the community they are supposed to serve – give them a taste of real life!
4. Politicians to use public transport at all times if this is available within 3 miles of their destination.
8 August, 2006 at 11:29 am #233814You are what you eat Tad[/quote]
Yes, I am what I eat – sweet, salty & nice to be around. The quote reminds me of that awful Gillian what’s her name? nausiating woman – makes me instictively go for the cream bun!
I’m overweight through diet, medication and lifestyle. I pay taxes, have spent more than 10 years without seeing a doctor, have normal blood pressure etc. I do not cost the health service any more than a thin person.
To be quite honest, if all you can see in a person is their size you must be very very shallow and I think it’s very sad. How do you know that you will not increase in size with middle age spread/having to use steroids etc?
Get a life!
7 August, 2006 at 11:53 am #233785Flo, I think you’ve been watching too much crap telly – Tax the Fat on More 4?
I thought it was a spoof for a while.
I’m also big and before this year had not been near the NHS for nearly 10 years. I feel quite comfy with my size but know that if I was seriously worried about it I could try and get it down but if my weight is the only thing I have to worry about in life I’m a very lucky woman.
My mother is overweight due to medication. She’s diabetic and has a very healthy lifestyle. Whether you like it or not, you deal with the body life gives you.
As for taxing us, I weigh about 13 stone – the same as a tall average weight man – why should I be taxed and not him? If you are naturally a size 6 and weigh only 6 stone, should you get a refund?
I would also like to say that up to about 7 years ago I was average weight but childbirth, gravity and middle age have taken their toll. That’s my body doing what it does naturally. You do not know what is in your future. How do you know that you won’t be on the receiving end of this tax one day – through life choice or illness or having to take steroids for example.

(polite answers only please)
I’m proud of some of my history and horrified by other parts but it is history and we can only learn by it. I think the british isles gains alot from the fact that it is multi-cultural but I am not proud of the way our government and some of the british people behave.
On the whole, although I gripe I know there are far worst places to live.
4 August, 2006 at 4:56 pm #233396I agree up to a point. It seems that those who just want to scrounge are alowed to stay whie those who have something to offer this country – students who want to be doctors/nurses/engineers etc – that we desperately need are being deported.
In my area we have two Afghan boys who came over after seeing their parents murdered along with most of their family. At 18, they have just finished their A levels and want to go onto university, I think one want to be a doctor and the other something to do with engineering. They have been arrested and threatened with deportation.
Another girl, who was an artist, supported herself without any help from benefits, paid tax and NI, helped out at local primary school with special needs kids was deported.
Another woman who has committed large scale benefit fraud, whose son is a total nightmare (asbos the lot), used other people’s ID to fraud – and still does has been released from prison and is allowed to remain. I know who I’d rather keep!
On the other hand, can’t we do a swop? We’ll keep the imigrants who want to contribute to our way of life but give the chavs etc to any country that will have them. That should sort out the housing problem. Won’t do anything about unemployment except bring the figures down though!
