Well it is pretty much the same as anyone else’s recipe – except that I add a lot of custard! I do include tomato puree, turmeric, paprika and red wine. I will have to try it with beer one of these days.

I still think we need a more caring society. And if people are given a chance in life, an opportunity to meet their potential, you might be surprised to find out what they can do.
