My new year’s resolution is 1366 x 768!

Beanbag? Just how old are you Nicey? I remember asking you that in the room a couple of months ago. Forgive me, I just like having a bit of a friendly laugh with people. I got beer on the first day of Christmas, beer on the second day of Christmas, beer on the third… I was going to give it up for the New Year.

Is Harry Christopher and his sixteen too much about commerce, rather than art? I saw him a few years ago at the Barbie can, but I can’t remember anything about it to be honest. Anyway it is Britten’s centenary this year and I have mostly been wallowing in his work. Remotely of course. But is is the end of the year and that means the end of year polls for the music of the year. And this means I will be like a kid in a sweet shop for the next two weeks or so.
Well seeing as I work at home on my computer and never too far away from posting, I have a good chance of winning. :)
Sorry, but I think 4 minutes 33 seconds is a wonderful piece. Sometimes the skill is in the idea and great art needs people who can think and be daring. I was going to list my favourite records of the year, but maybe I should hold back on that. :) Let me also say that if I play the piano and ask people for requests then the Cage pieces is often requested. And often I am asked for multiple encores!
