its also about what you eat too.. i can lose weight by 3 50 min sessions a week, and a swim twice a week too..

its easy to lose when you have put it all back on

i use a simle methon..

25 mins on the bike… 10 mins on the weight machine.. then 5 mins on the rowing machine, a little break.. then 30 min in the weight room, though i did’nt do the weights today, as i was knackered…

can’t go wrong with hotmail though, lots of space… good account to have to keep the main one away from spam, though thats always proving harder and harder

they no longer have mine… mine was a 20 gig mp3 player with 24 hour battery life

like i said it depends what you want to use it for, if you want lots of music.. get the zen vision… seems better value for money with longer battery life then the others

but if don’t need as much space for music.. get the micro

i guess its always good to know what buttons to press :)

i think i’ll stick to the f8 option, though i never have to boot into safe mode, i would’nt know what to do with it if i had too

thats one of the new ones that does the video and all sorts of other stuff.. good value but battery life not as good as the one i have, which you might be able to get somewhere, for probabaly £50 less, but with a longer battery life, but it just plays music.. nothing fancy, does what it says on the tin

i got a funny looking key on mine.. does ¬ and ` and somthing else if you press somthing else with it, but not sure what

the creative zen is always a good one, its simple, its cheap and has a longer battery life then the rest, if you just want it for music, get somthing simple.. don’t bother with the fancy looking ones that look great but drain the batteries
