It is worth less than it was a little while ago but there is a shortage of housing apparently so it should sell. I am not too worried how much profit I make to be honest. I have a lot of equity in the house and I won’t be buying for a while as my little sister is buying me a house :D
I just wanna get home. Been in this stinking flea pit long enough. (Might even hafta go and visit ticcerz for a cuppa tea lol)

I am sitting in bed thinking that I have milked as much as I can out of a long lay in coz technically its 11.30. I am going to sort my kitchen cupboards out coz I know some idiot is bound to open them up when they come to view my house and I don’t want to be responsible for falling debri and missiles. lol
