And its going to get worse. We are heading for a huge economic slump, and the government are going to have to tax us more and more to pay huge deficits. I am disgusted that the power companies have made such huge profits when they said they had to put the cost of fuel up because it was being charged to them at such high rates. How much of those profits leaves this country because the power we use is supplied by other countries?

The educational system is failing our youngsters, the NHS is failing our elderly, for the first time ever I am thinking of leaving this country which I love.

What is strange is, that at one time, not so long ago, when petrol costs went up, people demonstrated – do you remember the lines of lorries and taxis? When things happened that people didn’t like, they objected. But where are the demonstrations and protesters? Is this a result of the Thatcher years where people became so self absorbed that they no longer cared about anyone?

How long will it be before the predicted riot occurs, and the Angry Mob take over?
