Very imformative.
A am reminded of an article that listed all the headlines in a daily newspaper though. They went something like….. red wine causes cancer, red wine helps you live long, coffee causes cancer…. 3 cups of coffee a day helps you live longer… and so on
Basically, for every article saying something is good for you, you will find another saying it is bad.
The common sense things in the above are : that raw fruit contains more vitamins and minerals and you need to eat less of it than if you cooked it. Think about it …. how many apples do you need to stew to have enough for stewed apples and custard, but you are pretty full after just the one raw one. Plus eating cooked fruit piles on more calories because the sugar changes in cooked fruit. Eating fruit on an empty stomach makes sense to me..and strangely I always want to eat fruit first thing in the morning, but never late at night. And i like to have a cup of tea after I’ve eaten…..so thats ok then :)
As for heart attack symptoms, many things mimic heart attacks, such as heart burn, wind, duodenal ulcer, or just a plain old panic attack.
If in doubt phone the NHS helpline.
