Photoshop still used loads of RAM [which I am assuming is normal] but it’s running a lot quicker – much better !!

Yep, where I had about 212MB RAM free, I’m now on around 300MB.

Also, CPU running at around 10%.

It’s a fantastic bit of kit and really streamlines everything. All broken links in my registry are now deleted, it’s optimised everything and even gives you tips on what you can do to further optimise you PC.

Photoshop just seems to use so much RAM and it’s slow when you select tools for it to run, it either slows down or freezes. It takes forever to do anything. Now, I’m only really just warming to the delights of Photoshop [actually I think it’s fab !], but I can only use it if I am offline with no other applications running.

I have 44 processes running, my pc just seems to use a lot of RAM. When I then use Photoshop [which uses stacks of RAM], then everything starts running in slow motion………….

Okay, well I have only ever had one trojan on my PC that AVG quarantined so I’m not “all that” with what Hotmail does when it finds a virus.

Does Hotmail quarantine the virus as soon as the e-mail has been received in the in-box ??? If you open the e-mail, does Hotmail state that it’s found a virus ???
