A good sleep pattern is so important for a healthy mind and body generally…. but I know what its like to suffer from insomnia…. a good way to make yourself sleepy scep is to give up on sleep… switch on the TV and watch an old movie….or go into JC chat….. thats bound to have you falling asleep in no time :D

I got Penny and Tuppy because a tenant left them Panda, how anyone can do that is beyond me. They were only kittens…. they were so hungry they were digging for worms to eat. For ages after I took them in they used to bring me a daily worm :D scrumptious :D
