No special requirements… thought of doing Fillet Steak Rossini for mains but not firm on that, oh and my husband does not like shellfish.

Yes…..ditch the cooking all day long, clearing up the mess, also having the house spotless and take them out to dinner :lol:
Well I would but its sort of a return thing… we were at their house few weeks ago (she is such a good cook) and in a mad moment I suggested I cooked for them… kicking myself now

Lol a few years ago I bought a pack of 12 when my son was going on his first 18-30 holiday. I slipped them in his suitcase just before he left, to this day he has never mentioned finding them :lol: but I dont think they came back with him.
