You know with our world being in the state it is, does it really matter if we deem a day to honor our Mother’s – Mothering Sunday or Mother’s Day? Really how sad our world has become that the human race seems that everything “has” to be politically correct. So as not to upset the ” apple cart” with anyone or one certain group.
My question is, should we not focus upon being “Humanally Correct” ( My own new termanology or saying). Our world is slowly coming apart at the seams as the old saying goes. Mother’s Day or Father’s Day and other days set apart to ” honor” an individual or whatever the cause should be left to each persons choice how he/she deems to call it. The underlying point is to honor such person, place, or thing. As I stated earlier and in my closing, maybe everyone everywhere should take time to slow down enough and rethink what our world has become. As humans there will always be someone out there to feel the need to “voice” thier opinion. That I have no problem with. For each of us should have that” right” to do so. My concern is that some feel the need to have the last word, be always correct, or just plainly needing that feeling of control. But there again thats a part of human nature. Lets get back to being human., feeling for each other truly. Enough said. (PB, this was not meant just for you. It was typed to anyone willing to take the time to read it and take it to heart.)
