Personally i have two personalities I use:

Mizzy for the Muppet wombles in JC

Sarah for the people who are actually worth being myself with.

Sometimes its easier to give the Muppet wombles what they want and just giggle at them from afar.

They will also tell me if I am going off on one, talking crap and if I am being ‘misunderstood’.
