Everyone would like a local bobby, but being a local bobby doesn’t mean you are racially selected for the area you are in. All it takes to be a good Bobby is to be aquainted with the local area. When i was younger Geoff Capes was my local bobby. i behaved, not because he was white, i behaved because if he caught me doing wrong, he’d kick my ass lol.
