Clearly this test for obesity in four year olds is designed to target bad parents (before it’s too late), not to penalise children. :roll:

Most people here seem reasonably intelligent, and capable of cooking a healthy meal.
However, there are people out there who have not a clue how to rear children. And
those badly reared children may go on to become bad members of society, and bad
parents.
Anything this government does to try to tackle bad parenting should be welcomed.
