You should try connecting it to a different pc. Then you’d know if it was a
faulty keyboard. :wink:

I don’t know anything about wireless networks. If a System Restore on your
daughters pc has failed to resolve the problem, I’m at a loss.
I’d contact Belkin if I were you.

Have you tried booting the pc without the wireless adaptor connected,
then connecting the new keyboard?

What is the device? Didn’t you get a CD with the device?
Do a System Restore to a time when it was working OK.
