And moving swiftly on….
Did you check out the ‘New Car’ thread? :?
I put a lot of time and effort into that just for you! :lol:29 January, 2006 at 1:55 am #185270@soulie wrote:
somone loves me, i like her.. but its not love… i am un sure if anything could happen, but i know i could easily fall for her
so which bracket does that put me under?
People ‘fall’ in love and love is blind. Your feelings sound like the basis for a
long-term relationship built on strong foundations. Good luck, and I wish you
both every happiness. 8)29 January, 2006 at 1:51 am #183777Take her out for a nice meal, or better still do a candle lit meal at home. 8)
I bet you get the BJ. :lol:29 January, 2006 at 1:39 am #185268@American Woman wrote:
What really is love anyway?
:shock:Love has several different meanings in every language, from
something that gives a little pleasure (“I loved that meal”) to something
one would die for (patriotism, pairbonding). It can describe an intense
feeling of affection, an emotion or an emotional state. In ordinary use, it
usually refers to interpersonal love. Probably due to its emotional
primacy, love is one of the most common themes in art.Love is inherent in all human cultures. It is precisely these cultural
differences that make any universal definition of love difficult, but not
impossible, to establish. See the Sapir-Whorf hypothesis. Expressions of
love may include the love for a soul or mind, the love of laws and
organizations, love for a body, love for nature, love of food, love of
money, love for learning, love of power, love of fame, love for the
respect of others, etcetera. Different people place varying degrees of
importance on the kinds of love they receive. Love is essentially an
abstract concept, easier to experience than to explain.
I hope that’s vague enough for you! :wink:29 January, 2006 at 1:26 am #183775@soulie wrote:

So you’ve ‘fessed up to Caroline that you didn’t really have the squits and
you went out with your m8’s? :shock:29 January, 2006 at 1:08 am #183771@American Woman wrote:

29 January, 2006 at 12:51 am #185555Windows XP has a File Transfer Wizard. You only need to link the computers
with the special cable. That much I do know.
My guess is that all the work is done on the recipient computer screen. So if
the old laptop is booting and only the screen is screwed, no probs.
Auntie Morty knows. :wink:29 January, 2006 at 12:14 am #185553PB! sunny wrote…

So Plan ‘A’ is out. :lol:28 January, 2006 at 11:51 pm #185551Bunny presented a similar problem here recently:

I’ve never transferred files from one pc to another, but it’s easily done if the
pc you wish to copy to is running Windows XP.
I think you need to speak to Auntie Morty. :wink:28 January, 2006 at 11:13 pm #185566Can you pop down to Reading on Tuesday Soule as I want to go to the match
and get pished? I’ll pay for your ticket and buy you a soft drink. -
