Rather sad that racist chanting and banana throwing is going on. Personally I don’t think a fine is enough. Kick the guilty countries out the tournament and ban them from the next one.

Harsh on the players but the respective football associations of these countries need to deal with the problem and adopting a no tolerance approach rather than imposing a loose change fine might do it.
