Maybe one of the reasons some vegetarian food resembles meat is so that those people who have given meat up for health reasons, or for people who have become increasingly worried about consuming meat because of diseases such as cjd, they can still enjoy something that looks and tastes like meat, but is far healthier. Quorn is known to be very low in fat and can be used in a number of dishes as a meat substitute.

And yeah, even doctors can be wrong, but i’d rather take my chances with a nurse than with someone who can barely type a legible sentence, ta all the same :wink:
