I could show you parts of the east coast where the romance, mystery and atmosphere would take your breath away: dark mysterious Suffolk – the land of the three crowns of England – or windswept Northumberland coasts of ruined abbeys, castles and half remembered epic battles.

In that case, surely all speeders deserve jail. After all, the speeder that gets home safe and sound has behaved no better than the speeder who ends up in an accident. One has just been luckier than t’other.
