Are you having a spak attack? :D
2 April, 2006 at 11:47 pm #207947:-s I come here because I quite like it. Seems sensible in my mixed up mind.
Why is it all gone if you leave, Ruby? I mean, of course, you’ll be a great loss. Unless… You’re not that Chathost UK chappy in disguise, are you? How thrilling.
I once thought PB was me. Turned out, though, that I was PB. He’s an autonomous mental construct, my trick cyclist says, and I’m not to trust a word he says. Just try my best to ignore him. It gets a little bit easier every day, thank Bob Marley, but every day at a time, Ruby, every day at a time.
2 April, 2006 at 11:25 pm #139121Lavender’s blue, dilly dilly, lavender’s green,
When I am king, dilly, dilly, you shall be queen.
Who told you so, dilly, dilly, who told you so?
‘Twas my own heart, dilly, dilly, that told me so.Call up your men, dilly, dilly, set them to work
Some with a rake, dilly, dilly, some with a fork.
Some to make hay, dilly, dilly, some to thresh corn.
While you and I, dilly, dilly, keep ourselves warm.Lavender’s green, dilly, dilly, Lavender’s blue,
If you love me, dilly, dilly, I will love you.
Let the birds sing, dilly, dilly, And the lambs play;
We shall be safe, dilly, dilly, Out of harm’s way.I love to dance, dilly, dilly, I love to sing;
When I am queen, dilly, dilly, You’ll be my king.
Who told me so, dilly, dilly, Who told me so?
I told myself, dilly, dilly, I told me so.Lavender Blue ~ Trad.
2 April, 2006 at 11:20 pm #172333I’d just like to say I thought Reading exceptionally unsporting at the weekend. What’s wrong with the common decency in going one – nil up after an hour, getting a quick second and then settling back for the comfortable win?
Surely it’s rude to press on and score five against your struggling fellow professionals? Jolly bad show. That attitude will not be looked upon with great approval in the Premier League. No, there they like good, properly conducted clubs like Sunderland who sportingly accept when they’re beaten and don’t make a fuss.
2 April, 2006 at 11:11 pm #207946That’s a shame. I’ll certainly be very sorry to see you go. Bye, then. :D
30 March, 2006 at 5:17 pm #207415:lol: The peasants are revolting.
29 March, 2006 at 11:04 pm #207303How on Earth did she manage to glue herself to the wall like that? Frankly, I expect more care from our emergency services. :-s
29 March, 2006 at 10:59 pm #207034On the other hand, a couple of hundred quid membership charge might attract exactly the wrong sort: all bling mother bling, ghastly American baseball caps and sovereign rings. Perhaps we should incorporate some sort of collegiate system where a prospective member has to be elected by the existing members. That should do the trick, what?
29 March, 2006 at 10:53 pm #207027Righty then. In that case I’m in. On the condition that it’s at least a couple of hundred as a token to keep the plebs out. :D

:-s That’s disgusting. I never knew that. I’m afraid, in that case, that I can have no further association with the entire enterprise. I withdraw all my previous support. How very sordid.
