dearest anc.. did you spike my drink last night,, one minute im doing naked laps of honour round my living room and sending the pics to cosy..next im fast asleep. then i awoke to the sound of my son coming in after a party.clutching goodies..so back on the drink till about 6 am this moring ffs.. Im just up !

prawns are not on the good food list.. yeah you can eat them, but something to do with mercury in them or something,, google it :) I was shocked too as i was preplanning my weeks food.and spotted prawns as a no no.. grapefruit is banned while using simvastatin too. chemical imbalance.

actually .. thats true about the prawns !! i had a mind set of low cholesterol grub and prawns and grapefruit are not allowed with the diet and simvastatin.. !!
