1977 !! id left school and i had a decent job for a school leaver,good wages,and id go to Glasgow every weekend to see bands on scatellite (sic) or the QM. was all new and refreshing being a rebel back then,i was about 7 stone ( chuckle) so paddies market was a joy, doon the briggait, then a few illicit pints in the mars bar, the scotia bar and muscular arms pub, that i still insist i met Esme in.
Life was soo damm free back then, I lived with my Dad and never knew the meaning of life regards needing something. I still see pals from that era.. admittedly mostly Lawyers etc. they all did well in life. decent folks :) Yet they shared times with me that could never be copied. nor replaced. NEVER !

are you slagging my red adidas holdall Patricia !! how dare you,, that holdalls seen some action i can tell ya ! my daughter offers me poncy suitcases on wheels etc,, but im stubborn as fook and the holdall gets taken out once more. it was even at tea in park other week, but its been washed !
I might even start a blog for it.. ! has more a social life than most ;)

on reflection i probably should have stayed in.. daughter called me around 4.30 and asked if i wanted to go local for a couple.. so we did. sat with 2 fellas at the remaining only seats. had a bit of a giggle, one was Cuban ,but had been here for years,but i enjoyed his stories of his homeland. the other was a tattooed bloke from head to foot.
I began to notice they were getting that wee bit seedy towards stacey. little comments.that id growl at.She is like me in many ways, enjoys a laugh. but this was kinda getting to me.things took a turn,when i heard the cuban tell stacey she had been flirting with the tattoed bloke all night !! and tried to set them up on a date ! she explained she was with partner,and besides tattoo boy was wearing a wedding ring !. all hell near broke loose LOL.. as i heard him ask stacey to cheat on her partner cos she ” was gagging for it” ..
I physically lifted her !! and sat her somewhere safe. and went back and gave el dorito and his pal hell ! dirty bastirds ! I got them chucked out LOL..
ffs we were out for 2 or 3 drinks of an afternoon ! went back to hers fuming ! and calmed down with a small vodka,watched telly,and spoke about what we would do when we win the lottery,or when mum in laws cops it and leaves stace all her dosh LOL..
In a drunken haze we decided that we would move to Spain and rory will be bi-lingual.Then we decided stacey should finish art college. Im sure somewhere in there i said i wanted to lose weight LOL.
was all dream talk,but how we laughed,, and looks like you durty lot were of a similar vein last night :)

nah im normally down that way this time of year.. its dundee hols, so i would spend them in me pals in Tunbridge wells,and another in surrey. so im kinda missing not being there. nothing holds me back pip, me and my red adidas holdall :)
