im kidding ya hen,yeah i can manage regal too,just got in the habit of having the gold packets,cos im snooty like that,,i even hold up my wee pinky to smoke :)

no REALLY Dawny I am :) seems to me a coincidence that you stop smoking,to improve yer health,then comes down with chronic head pain ! I remember i stopped for 3 days ffs,my doctor had warned me of how to expect to feel much worse,before feeling better.
I was sniffing ashtrays LOL.
and someone i know stopped 2 years ago,and their still coughing up lung cookies,the size of their fist !im tempted to say…have a bliddy fag!
