ya Know Pip..i was away getting ready there,and thinking about Dawny,and i thought the same,the food allergy. worth getting it all looked into ,but i realise also Dawny lives in the Borders of Scotland,where it may be quite hard to find a service.
AND can i say i think its fvcking scandalous that such tests have to be paid out the individuals own pocket.My own G.P and I have discussed this on many an occasion.She wishes (G.p) that such services just MAY become available on N.H.S this coming year.

yeah for an underactive thyroid dawny..I felt tired all the time and always cold.Im surprised they have not checked you for that too ! I had the classic symptoms including dry hair and skin etc.
so far im not needing HRT which im glad about,as my pal was on it and piled on a heck of a lot of weight. The hot flushes are a bugger though LOL.
you should ask for a whole body M.O.T..i got one recently.I gets a letter from doc asking me to contact her as soon as poss,and was shytting me knickers LOL.
Turns out my bloods.liver,cholesterol etc were all fine and dandy,BUT i was going through the menopause !Im on thyroxene nowadays,as i too have low blood pressure and suffer from headaches.But i feel much better im on thyroxene,as it balances me up better.175 mcg’s a day,quite a high dose.But ya know me chuck,,i never do things by halfs !
have you tried Nux Vomica ? its a homeopathic remedy.sometimes we have to give other forms of medicine a chance. did they try anti inflammitorys for the muscle spasms? Bet if ye went private you would get to bottom of all this…grrrrrr !
phew thats ok then…obviously checked you for cluster migraines etc? as PIP says it could be something simple enough.but 8 months is a damm long time !
