I do agree that the state of our sentencing system is pathetic.

A dna/finger print data base and a tough prison system working hand in hand would be an excellent deterent.

My Dad has spent most of this summer in hospital(still there now) and i can honestly say the cleaning is sh*t . Yes someone comes in with a brush and sweeps the floor once every few days but its us who clean up the rest. Thank god he has someone clutching some flash wipes to help out!!!. He is a broken human and he has a serious abnormality but its hidden on the inside growing and twisting into a more serious defect with the passing of time.
