Threats or taunts made on social media are trivially easy to avoid.

Block anyone who has made a threat, or anyone who you suspect may make one. If you think it is something that will cause you ‘mental anguish’.

Notice the part I have made bold, this is simple if/then logic. I’m not sure how this is escaping you. I said that IF x is a poblem THEN it can be solved by y. I never said anything about z.

That is beyond my understanding of psychology, and mental health conditions.

The treatment however, would depend both on the child, and what is wrong with them.

If people sending you messages that offend you is a problem, then blocking them makes the problem disapear. There will be no more messages.
