thanking you. My pc is ill, and shuts down when I try to instal service pack three, but service pack 2 seems to be all I need to enable everything I download to work etc, but was a bit worried for the future.

Hopefully will be in a position to buy a new one at some point so Im not going to fret too much about updates.
