They are all crimes, yes. Murder is the ultimate crime. It cannot be tolerated. Serial killing is a crime above all those you and I have discussed/debated.

There are reasons/excuses for heroin addiction and there are reasons/excuses for prostitution. There are no real reason for murder on this scale!
