Where did I say “tested”? I dont really understand what you mean by your post…..
My point is there is no need for Police to keep all DNA on file, especially for minor offences/cautions.
If there is a nonce/sex offender my point was their DNA SHOULD be kept on a data base, rather than white-collared criminals and minor offenders where the risk of re-offended is considerably low.
Because of a years old minor offence I have to watch where I go and what I do, my DNA is on file and if I again accidently leave it at the scene of a crime I can again be called in and questioned and asked to proove my innocence. Next time it could be a serious crime and DNA is hard to defend against.

I got accused of a crime I did not commit because of DNA. I had to proove my innocence when I had no idea how my DNA ended up at the scene of the crime.
Thats a very hard thing to do.
The police have my DNA from a minor offence nearly 10 years ago (actually, I think its longer than that now).
Its very easy to sit and say “If you havent done anything you’ve nothing to be scared of”, but there is another side to this.
I had to endure 4/5 days of worry over this not to mention the embarrasement at work and with my family (who knew I was innocent, but thats not the point).
Nonces are the only people who should have their DNA kept. :wink:

that doesnt sound like too bad a price mind you, as its a touristy area throughout the year isnt it? I want to go with Dave when the kids are old enough to be left home alone (and probably trash the place lol) so we can enjoy it ourselves… :wink:
