these seals are culled before they are three weeks old!
after that their fur is no good
they are being culled for nothing other than the fashion trade. this isnt one of the far poles or antartica where the peeps who live in igloos need the meat and fur to survive

mine are 9 and 12, so i didnt qualify for it, but it does sound a bit off.
the only alternative is fix up another saving account and pay into that (in child’s name) as and when you want and combine the two when child is 18.
