us and two other sets of neighbours being sent letters for “anti-social behaviour” regarding intimidating a particular neighbour. Apparantly we phone ambulances and takeaways to her house, and stick bublegum on her car, as well as lots of other fabricated nonsense.
We now have to go to mediation.

Pete’s correct in going to a good breeder. If your serious about it I can recommend some, I have a list of contacts up and down the country who breed birds in a mannor that the bird knows its a bird (spends the first few important weeks with their parents being reared) and are then caringly hand reared (making them a perfectly tame pet). Budgies and coc/kateels can become just as intelligent and talkative as their larger cousins, but you get all the fun in a small cute bundle.
My friends coc/kateel does the adamms family song and a little dance to it.
