Do everything you’ve already tried again, and if that doesn’t work, try it again. Keep trying these futile tasks until you give up or the universe stops expanding.
I use Demon for my ISP…they are expensive, but I never ever ever have any problems. And, no download limit really means it.
Would you like it in english, or the broken pigeon english that they use?

It IS Tiscali…they won’t admit it, but it is them. They are getting loads of flak from people who can’t use game servers, or most secure sites (ie. Internet Banking) at peak times.
Oddly enough, they aren’t trying to keep customers with hi-usage…they are quite happy to let them leave!
People get warned about their usage once, then seem to be put on to their “crippled” servers for good.
Should I bother mentioning their help line?
Right, Shinderella, this is how it goes……
After extensive research, I have discovered that Tiscali are switching “high usage” customers over to crap servers during peak times (6pm to 11pm weekdays). So, I’ll bet you £5 that you have your connections problems between these times.
Email or phone Tiscali and TELL them to stop doing it!
Once you have done this, you’ll be able to resume your title as The Biggest Stirrer in the History of JustChat – I’m so proud of you :D
