It may only have three pubs and not so much interaction, but it’s home and I feel involved and comfortable. But I’ll go to bed thinking about my big night out in the big dirty city.
You need a small place, but without the big place what a dull world we would live in. Find a smaller online community if you get tired of what goes on at JC, but you will go back to the big place because it has a buzz the smaller place can only offer in small chunks. The small place always feels more relaxed but we all need that buzz sometimes.
