now i don’t have a problem with Art, but the amount of money that changes hands inwhich is tax payers money surely this money would be better being spent on the NHS…??

it makes your town a more pleasant place, it brings in the tourists, that pumps money into your town, that will also improve other things also

buxton has some great sites, it would’bt be the same without it, and because of these things, the house my mum and dad bought 20 years ago, has risen in value, due to it being in a town that is now a heavy tourist town

so yes, you may be paying for it, but in some ways you do get this money back

i know.. i play sim city loads :D
