I agree mostly with you Jen . . but . . for some its more the fantasy of being female . . and after the change they take being female to the extreme . . .
If you go private you do have a psych consult but even then it doesnt count for anything, you can have the op almost straight away . .
What doesnt get reported on is the effect the tansexuals decision has on family members and close friends . . they are actually quite selfish about everything afterwards and . .
