tbh where i live the psychopaths are on the mobility scooters, one person on one in another location went over me foot in thre pharmacy, at least he did it in there not in the middle of no where, people moan about people riding there bike on the paths, but ffs, when there is people a lot of times going faster than cyclists on the mobility scooters.
