The white guy got a £500 fine and a ban, the asian got £200 fine and 6 points. On the SAME day by the SAME judge……so sorry to get high rate but to me that was about colour against the white man!

Possibly because with motoring offences the fine can be tailored to the wealth of the offender – the white person might have been significantly richer than the Asian. Re: points / disqualification – perhaps the white man had ‘previous’ in the illegal driving sector.

No they were level pegging none had more points or convictions more than the other. And as for wealth. Surely its about the crime and not who earns more……as im sure the asian probably had his hand in many things and an empire of b l e e d i n g shops so HE probably had more.

As for the idea that you get treated better if you don’t speak English well that’s rubbish since MOST jobs require you to have a basic standard of English and Maths. Also, it’s hard to get by in a country if you don’t speak the language.

Maybe I wasnt clear enough , I said if you dont speak the language you are far better looked after by goverment hand outs than you are if your white .

Once i was in a jobcentre i think it was maybe around about 1988, I was in a que stood behind an Asian guyhe walked to the counter & couldnt speak english , This being a small village like jobcentre , So they sent a member of staff out in a car to drive eight miles to Burnley jobcentre to bring back an asain speking employee to interpretate for him they where saying right Mr (cant remember his name ) lets call him Vindaloo .
Right Mr Vindaloo you can claim housing benifit , full dole for you & your family & so on & so on , FFS it turned out he`d only been in the country 3 days ….

when us white folks go in there you have to admitt you dont get half as much information given to you than they do….. oh no its sign here & off you go …..

Excuse me mr jobcentre dude can i have a housing benifit form please ….

    No now bugga off

Mr Vindaloo wants a housing benifit form ………Oooops theres none here hang on i`ll just nip up to the 31st floor & fetch him one …no its not a problem at all

You’re just making this crap up as you go along. Are you trying to tell me that he was given a council home within 3 days of entering the country? What a lie! Also he couldn’t get “Full dole” if he had only been in the country for 3 days. Surely he would have had to deal with the Home Office before he could deal with the benefits agency. You’re trying to tell me he managed to deal with the Home Office within 2 days without being able to speak any English and on the 3rd day went to the jobcentre?? What a steaming pile of crap!

If he was a legal migrant then he wouldn’t have been allowed in the country if he had no means of supporting himself. If he was an asylum seeker he wouldn’t have been sent to a jobcentre since he would be ineligible to work in this country and ineligible to receive jobseekers allowance. So I don’t believe that he would have gone to a jobcentre within 3 days of entering the country. Furthermore, they couldn’t have sorted out his claim there and then on the spot. They probably would have just given him forms to fill out the first time he went there and given him an appointment to come back.

It’s so obvious that you are lying. You’re trying to tell me that you were in the jobcentre the whole time while the man was told to wait, someone did a 16 mile roundtrip, the interpreter spoke to the man, the interpreter translated the numerous forms that the man had to fill out, and the interpreter helped the man with further interviews. You were there the whole time? Bullsh1t!

This is what I’m talking about, myths about immigrants that people often take at face value.

At last!! Someone with some sense!

What a load of (bigoted) bull this thread is

You are entitled to an opinion. However, i am talking about MY experiences with these ppl, so therefore it is not bull.
