I heard a story on the radio once, years ago that this lady went abroad some where and got a big lump on her arm. The doctor opened the lump thinking it was full of nastyness and he wasnt wrong cos apparently it was full of hundreds of baby spiders.

I do think vitamins help..i have to have a B12 jab every 5 weeks and i certainly know when im due for it cos i get really tired and lathargic. After having the jab its like my batteries have been recharged.
