It doesn’t, but it won’t be the first time you’ve jumped to a conclusion and been wrong.
The word “chav” does not refer to a race. It refers to a section of society that have behavioural abnormalities.

Innit.Not a big fan of the use of the epithet ‘Chav’ myself. Regardless of any definitions or variations, It’s never positive and tends to be directed at myriad stereotypes of the British white working-class. If it was black people or gay people being caricatured like that, most people would be dissociating themselves from it.
It’s like when yourself, jen jen and panda try to give the impression on here that Brits are lazy and that Poles aren’t, isn’t it?
