But God doesn’t exist!
Seriously though, I don’t have all the answers… Only my faith.

because God didn’t save it , like these poor things ..apparently according to Linda , God doesn’t give us more than we can handle . Maybe a trip here would be in order to re evaluate this loving “God”

And why did the last white rhino die? (I only caught the news that he did, not how or why, and it breaks my heart)

Anyone would put their foot down TBH if they saw sceptical crossing the road with the bible … send him on to the afterlife with the harps and angels would be an act of kindness .

Animals don’t survive , humans are more evolved and kill them with traits such as “reason, discovery” enabling them to reason what will kill them for food and discovering weapons to do so . This doesn’t point to any “God”, just humanity being top of the food chain of evolution with these characteristics you portray as evidence of God when it…[Read more]

The bible itself isn’t even clear on who Jesus is, or even if he was a singular person. This is best demonstrated by the reaction the crowd gave to Barabbas, when given the choice between him and Jesus. They acted as if Barabbas was the one who performed the micracles, not Jesus.
Barabbas translates to ‘son of the father’, and some versions of…[Read more]

If the Abrahamic god existed it would be trivially easy to prove.
If god interacted whith the physical universe in anyway, we could detect and study the interaction and conclude that no known force could have caused the interaction other than outside interference.
No such interactions have ever been recorded.
So we must conclude that either…[Read more]

You’re of the “small brain” brigade scep, it’s a statement of fact as every post just keeps repeating the same thing. You don’t even know what gender Morgan is which says it all really.
Are you going to answer the questions posed to you on evolution or just keep repeating childish nonsense about big brains all day?

I had a neighbour in my old property who was 28 and diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer sobbing in the back garden during the summer nights with a young kid she was destined to leave behind. She was encouraged to pray with “God not giving her more than she can handle ” .. I read her obituary last year in the paper.
Turn the news on when it…[Read more]

If we didnt have the ability to reason, we wouldn’t survive . Reasoning is integral to survival and so are traits like creativity such as designing weapons to kill for food etc. Somebody painting a pretty picture is not evidence of God.
With regards to the shroud, I’ve no doubt that there may have been a wandering trickster called Jesus telling…[Read more]

so you are interested in these so called devout characters quoting their passages and then say ” does it matter who they are”? In that case why not quote bits of puff the magic dragon if who they are is irrelevant ?

so you survived Linda vindicating your stance that “God doesn’t give us challenges tougher than we can handle ” but the countless people who commit society are conveniently forgotten? This is what I’m talking about with lower intellects in Christianity- they are ok so God must have spared them but others are slitting their wrists which doesn’t…[Read more]

Being fairly new to my faith I am not well educated, I’m still finding my way but if the shroud was proved true I think its very compelling evidence.

There are plenty of still living scientists, or recently deceased, on that list. I just didn’t copy them all. You asked for some names, I gave them, now you’re changing the goalposts.

You keep throwing the same rhetorical rubbish back .. how can you possibly be a Christian and not follow the book your entire faith is based upon? The funniest thing about it is you use the bible to suit your own agenda when it suits but seem to discard it at will reinventing your own unique brand of Christianity. Virtually every post you make…[Read more]
