I beleive he only used the sword because it was the first thing he grabbed, and he wasn`t planning on severing an ear.

This case should have never been brought to court, but at least the verdict is a step in the right direction.

I think too, that not everyone can be a soldier, it takes a different kind of mindset, and perhaps it`s hard to not be a soldier if you know what I mean.
