have you tried , srart, Run , then type msconfig then go & remove everything in your start up box it worked for me & now my puter only takes 2 mins to be ready for use , dont worry bout unticking things your not sure of emma as i was at first but it seems theres nothing there to cause any major problems , please let me know how you get on ……..
