lol aye the body is but the mind isnt paralysed the process i meant was more to rationalise the mind when you do that usually the dream stops..

does anyone know anything about sleep walking i used to do that as a kid lol

Thats interesting stuff Panda in the book ive been reading theres a few chapters on Sleep Paralysis Im whats known as a Lucid dreamer i dont have the ability to control all my dreams but i can wake myself up if things get a little too crazy. One time i was having this really bad dream so i woke myself up and there i was back in my room safe and sound, or so i thought, it took me ages to relise i was still dreaming just simply dreaming of being back in my room so i had to wake myself up yet again lol weird huh.

Little tip to finding out if your dreaming or not look at your wrists if your wearing a watch the chances are your dreaming, its easier for me because i never wear a watch period so if i am wearing one something is wrong, if you are an avid watch wearer simply look at the watch it wont work the way it should many scientists historians and even greek mythologists believe there is no sense of real time in your dreams.

again some good shouts .. (cos i try an steer clear of wiki as much as i can and sometimes not even google can recognise the way i spell some bands lol)
